Our favorite Auntie has a new version.

- Fixed (some) memory problems with v2.03
- Still slow, I need to get it working with a profiler, none of the hacks
for Greasemonkey + Firebug seem to work

New Firefox install - 38 mb
- 211 mb after loading auntie spam v2.03
- 48 mb after loading auntie spam v2.04
